Exchange and Returns
Do you want to exchange or return a product? You can do this easily and quickly in three steps. You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt, and we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within five working days after receiving the return shipment.
How can I return part of my order?
If you decide to return your products within our 14-day reflection period, we will refund the total order amount within five working days after receiving the product. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse the return shipping costs.
Follow the steps below to return your product:
Send us an email at info@juliabaker.uk stating that you want to return your order or part of it.
Wait for a response from our customer service to see if we can accept the return. If we accept your return, please do the following:
- Pack the product to be returned neatly and safely, preferably in the original packaging.
- Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service.
- Send our customer service the Track & Trace code.
Once your package has arrived and been checked, we will refund the order amount of the returned products via the payment method used.
Products that meet one or more of the following criteria cannot be returned.
- - Sealed products: Once the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.
- - Products made according to consumer specifications (custom-made); personal in nature;
Juliabaker is not liable for the depreciation of goods resulting from the use or handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. In such a case, Juliabaker may refuse to refund the purchase price or only partially refund it depending on the depreciation of the product.
Cancellation of placed orders
Cancellation of your order is not possible. Our orders are processed directly into the system, making cancellation no longer possible.
Damaged products upon arrival
We are sorry! Unfortunately, your product may have been damaged during transport. If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. After this period, the return period expires.
Product errors or defects after use
We are sorry! Unfortunately, it can happen that a manufacturing defect occurs over time. It must be a defect, meaning the part is broken and no longer meets the manufacturer's prescribed standard. Wear parts are excluded from manufacturing defects.

Delivery of incorrect products
We do our utmost to process all orders correctly. Unfortunately, it can happen that orders slip through, and we send you the wrong product. We will resolve this by sending you the correct order.

Return shipping costs
"Please note that for returns to China, the return costs are your responsibility. DHL/DPD/FED-EX charges a minimum of £29.30 for sending a package with Track & Trace to China, and at least €11 without Track & Trace. With DHL/DPD/FED-EX , the costs for sending mail to China are a minimum of £24."
